Arsene Wenger has agreed to be one of the models for Macy's upcoming winter coat line. The deal was announced quietly in a board meeting focused on upcoming marketing plans for the 15-16 fashion year. Macy's is developing an “Around the World” line and is approaching various well-known figures from various countries in a variety of recreational activities.
There is some concern this agreement will run afoul of Arsenal's contract with PUMA. When asked, Wenger just shrugged and said “the zippers were good.”

Arsène Wenger offered a particularly warm welcome to the visiting French contingent who found their way to Arsenal’s Hertfordshire training ground on the eve of Wednesday night’s Champions League rendezvous. He was all handshakes and convivial small talk about the south of France and after some reminiscing he wished them a good evening out in London. “I would like to give you some tips but I can’t,” he said, an admission of how he still isn’t any sort of man about town after all these years.

The vignette offered a reminder of how absorbed he has always been about management. During his 18 years living in London it has become a running joke that he knows his way between only three places – his home, the training ground and the stadium. That kind of focus was evident as he tried to reject the romantic idea that Arsenal versus Monaco is the match of his footballing life. “Not at all,” he shrugged, as if a last-16 tie could not possibly be a particular high point in his career. “Our job is all about tomorrow and the future.”

Arsène Wenger has taken a swipe at Jose Mourinho over the Chelsea manager’s claims that clubs should be deducted points for failing to meet financial fair play rules.
Mourinho has fixed his sights on Chelsea’s Premier League title rivals Manchester City for spending £28 million on the striker Wilfried Bony in January, despite being hit with FFP sanctions last summer.

The fetus in question. Born in 1998.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed that a fee has been agreed for Legia Warsaw midfielder Krystian Bielik.

Wenger said at his news conference that the player was to undergo a medical on Friday and, asked if everything else was agreed for the deal to go through, he replied: "Yes."

Legia had earlier announced that the 17-year-old was set for a move to the Emirates Stadium, with the player telling the Polish club's official website: "I'm going to London to fulfil my dreams. I hope I will become an Arsenal player soon."

The Guardian had reported that the fee for Bielik, who had also attracted interest from Hamburg, was likely to be around 2.5 million pounds.

And:

Arsenal have clinched a deal for Viktoria Plzen striker Martin Graiciar.

The 15 year-old Czech Republic prospect will join the Gunners officially in 2015 when he turns 16 years of age.

Chelsea and Real Madrid also made approaches for Graiciar, but Arsenal were willing to meet Viktoria Plzen's asking price.

The teen is moving to London Colney for a fee of around £200,000.
