Come and get your Italian fix.

IL GIORNO PRIMO

Highlights:
*Sneijder gets his first goal for Inter, a game-winning goal at the death. A very emotional response from him, the team, the fans and Il Speciale of course.

*Interview w/ Deki aka "Walking Sex" at the end.
IL GIORNO SECONDO

Highlights:
*Atalanta scores first... and so hard, a shoe goes flying.
*Milan scored a goal! Finalmente! And it was Dinho too.
*Interview at the end w/ Nesta, the sexy Roman responsible for the assist.

Highlights:
*The terrifyingly hot Ale Matri scores first w/ a redonkulous header.

Highlights:
*Game ended scoreless, but it wasn't a snoozer. Gila had a goal literally stolen (judge for yourself).
*Vargas throws his shirt over his head in frustration. We get an eyeful of bare Peruvian chest.
*Interview at the end w/ a disheveled and adorable Vargas who speaks Italian w/ a Peruvian accent. Hee!

Highlights:
*Hamsik I have no bloody idea why I wrote Hamsik-- it was Zeke w/ a sneaky little bugger for the 1st goal.
*Il Bimbo D'Oro, my capitano, making up for his craptastic game in Sicily last week and scoring 2 goals: the 1st a loopy chip over the keeper's head; the 2nd blasted in w/ wicked intent.
*And then everyone on the goddamn team gets injured. B/c that's just what we need. Next week Roma will be fielding baristi and souvenir vendors from the streets of Rome... b/c that's what who is left healthy. I think we're on our 8th string keeper or something. *grumbles and cries*
*Interview at the end w/ Nico Burdisso, an Argie who is definitely growing in me in the Roma kit. Also, his reaction when Hamsik scored is hilarious. I think I love him.

And the classifica:

B/c of the int'l break, the next Serie A game will return on the 17th w/ 2 big games: Juve/Viola & Genoa/Inter. Should be really good games.
