Ibrahimovic And Juventus Big Winners At Calcio Oscars

Today the annual Calcio Oscars were handed out. The big winner of the night was Inter star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who won the award for Best Goal, Best Foreign Player, and Best Overall Player, but Juventus, not champions Inter, were the team that picked up the most accolades.
Juve captain Alex Del Piero was named Best Italian Player and Most Beloved Player. Defender Giorgio Chiellini won the award for Best Defender, while Gigi Buffon was named Best Goalkeeper.
Elsewhere, Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli won the coveted Best Coach award, while Napoli star Marek Hamsik won the award for Best Youngster.
Roberto Rosetti was voted Best Referee, and former Milan player and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis victim Stefano Borgonovo, whose paralyzing illness has sadly confined him to a wheelchair, was named Fan Of The Year.
