Are we sure? Per has been the best CB in the Prem this year. And he's a better fit with Boateng than with Hummels.

We'll see I guess.
But if neither Hummels nor Schmelzer are in the starting line-up Dortmund will start yapping again. They always do. Especially their sports director, who just doesn't seem to be able to shut up.

Per being in the Prem inures him from criticism from jealous Bundesliga clubs/hacks/former players.
