hmm 3 or 4. It went from "OH MY GOD MILEY CYRUS!" to "Oh. My. God, Miley Cyrus stop fucking tweeting! Don't you have a life?!!?"

She alternted between talking about how happy she was to talking about how depressed she was. And then in between she'd tweet a million pictures of herself. It was pretty annoying. Don't miss her at all :)
