Ok my translation is real basic:

The reporter says: We are here to see what's up with this scandal

Ibra what do you think of this photo
Your mad, your mad

He's mad

We've shown him the photo and he's not amused

(Ibra points to the reporter to come around the car. He rolls down the window. Reporter leans in)

Ibra are you upset?

He responds: Come to my house to see if I am gay
She says: Vale I'll go to your house
Ibra: Bring your sister too
Reporter: Ibra your mad, don't be mad, (and ibra says other things)

Wow these reporters are annoying. As much as I wished the photo were true, as my love pointed out, they were caught in a chest hug, side kiss thing. But seriously the whole homophobia thing that has surfaced makes me ill. ughh

maybe it's because 1) he's NOT gay and 2) it makes him mad since he's married with kids. My friend with a girlfriend was asked if he was gay and he got pissed about it because it's basically them questioning his relationship.

besides, showing up to his car and showing him the picture and asking him about it is really annoying/not the right timing.

Yes. "Are you gay?" gossip is intrusive and rarely just a benign enquiry when directed at famous men. The way people go about asking the question (i.e., in a teasing and/or belittling way) heavily influences the way a lot of people respond to it.

The question seems to grant people the right to be rude, inappropriate and intrusive and then hide behind the "you're a homophobe!"/"it's no big deal!" excuse when the other person gets angry about it.

yeah, i don't like outing ppl or rumours about someone's sexual identity and i think asking about it is waaay inappropriate. but still, i don't like ppl getting more mad about it than about other random rumours.

(and yes, i get that it's zlatan and he would probably fly off the handle anyway.)

which makes his suggestion for the female reporter and her sister to come over to to his house so he can show them how not gay he is to be so appropriate

IA that asking about someone's sexual orientation isn't an innocent act but he went beyond I think the normal upset reaction.

he did go overboard with his response, I'm definitely not denying that but people can't expect everyone to respond like Daniel Radcliffe or be okay with people calling them gay. That's what I was trying to say.

yeah it's because he's questioning his relationship. that's exactly why he said "bring your sister too."

ok, i get the questioning his relationship part :) altho, as others have said, inviting the sister over was a nice way to make ppl respect his marriage.

but your first point - bs. it's not something to get pissed off about, if you don't have a problem with ppl being gay.

lol that's ibra being ibra, he overreacts but other people's wives/gfs mean something to them.

well that's what you think but we obviously don't live in ibra's mind or any other guy's who doesn't like being called gay. Just because you don't like being called gay doesn't mean you're homophobic

yeah, i know he gets like that. i wasn't only talking about him, tbh. celebs tend to over-react when faced with gay rumours. they sue/get angry/defensive/whatever. like, if media made a random untrue claim about someone the reaction usually wouldn't be so strong - if it wasn't something bad. and imo, being gay isn't bad, it's just something that is. so for people to react like this, well, i don't think it's cool. it can very easily send out the wrong message.

blahblahblah, idk what my point is, i just don't like his reaction.
