Hm, that I won't miss, really.

I watched a rather shocking documentary on violence/threatening behaviour towards referees in amateur leagues, even where children and teenagers are playing and refereeing. There have been places where referees went on strike because they felt unsafe, and players who were abusive were not really punished afterward, etc. And some representatives for referees point towards the behaviour of coaches like Klopp, as people see them on TV and think it's OK to intimidate and disrespect refs like that.

Yeah I agree. The pro's have to give the good example and they act terribly unbehaved. There are way too many stories about refs getting attacked by players and fans alike. Horrible. In the Netherlands a referee died not so long ago.
They should forbid talking to the ref for everyone except the captain. If they yellow card everyone systematically a few teams will end with 9 players in the beginning but it will be gone soon. And simply banning coaches for the whole season if they misbehave. Without exception.
