I don't know, fans' behaviour doesn't tend to affect my opinion on the club much, except if it's condoned by the club or if it's the player who behaves that way and the club doesn't react appropriately. What did JT do/say? In the case of CSKA Moscow, I don't know exactly what happened, so what puts me off is 1) that the club apparently let it go so far that such sanction was needed and 2) that their fans still appear as "press" or something like that. I agree with your last paragraph that Chelsea should show an active reaction to this (and other clubs in general as well).
