ohh, i didn't know that, i don't play myself and i don't pay too much attention to the gear they use.
Honestly i don't see why they needed to redesign them to be more 'high performance'--like, if a player is good, he's good even if he's in a pair of old sneakers, you know? A pair of boots is not going to win you the CL or the World Cup, lol.
It seems dangerous to have them distributed to the world-class footballers if they're not 'tried and tested'..
