I first heard about this when watching Joyeux Noel, two years ago, and realizing it was based on a true story. The film is gorgeous and touching and lovely btw and I can recommened to everyone who is interested in a) french movies, b) this particular story c) good movies, d) Diane Kruger, Daniel Brühl (♥), Gary Lewis (from Elliott) and Guillaume Canet (who also plays in the amazing Jeux d'Enfants(!!)).
It must be such an experience for the boys who are about to play this match. Wow. This is absolutely beautiful.
