Darron Gibson, Wes Brown and John O'Shea set to move to Sunderland for £12m
Sunderland have completed the signing of Manchester United defender Wes Brown for an undisclosed fee.
Brown, 31, has agreed a four-year deal with the Black Cats, who are also chasing his United colleagues John O'Shea and Darron Gibson.Manchester United defender John O'Shea is undergoing a medical at Sunderland, according to Press Association Sport.
The news agency reported the 30-year-old travelled to Wearside on Thursday morning after team-mate Wes Brown had a medical at the club on Wednesday night.1 2
Firstly, that is one hell of a bargain, £4m each.
Secondly, if it wasn't Bruce I'd be mightly pissed off with my club for selling O'Shea and Gibbo.
Thirdly, the frustration and annoyance I experience when I see Gibson will now be shifted onto Michael Carrick as expected.
In all seriousness though, best of luck to them in their new club.
