Frank Lampard given driving ban for speeding in Surrey



England and Chelsea footballer Frank Lampard has been banned for driving at more than 90mph on the A3 in Surrey.

Lampard had admitted speeding in a 50mph zone in his Range Rover at Claygate at a previous hearing.

Staines magistrates were told the footballer, who was not in court, was clocked driving towards London at 91mph in March 2010.

He was banned from driving for 90 days and fined £850. Lampard was also ordered to pay £2,300 costs.

we dont have any laws here regarding speeding in egypt.
so driving slow is very annoying for us. i really dont understand how people have the patience to drive slowly abroad..

I find it easy to accidentally go over the speed limit, especially just after coming off the motorway/country lanes, but lol Frank, 91mph?? I'm not even sure if my car goes that fast.

also: you know people who ride your ass when you're driving 5-10 mph over the limit? when it happens to me, I slow down to the limit and then hit the gas once we're headed different ways, just so they know I can in fact speed if I want.

junctions are a nightmare in egypt. at some of them we have a traffic officer standing bc if not then the entire road will be jammed bc everyone will be trying to go through in every direction..

on my way to uni, theres a road thats says the limit is 37 mph but everyone drives at 74-88 and upwards mph. 90 mph isnt that fast.

yes i had to convert km to miles thats why the numbers look strange. i wanted to find out what the equivalent is over here so i can understand the speed..
