These videos are not exactly new but I think it is interesting to see how is the intimacy of a top team and how the particular philosophy of Athletic determines their schedule and training.

One of my fave parts is how the team have breakfast together and the older/more experienced players sit down with the newcomers/youngsters, to make them feel welcomed at the team, to teach them the ropes :)
