I haven't really been following the team (or football for that matter) for very long but according to all the CBC propaganda they're really ~*flourishing*~ under the new coach. Just thinking of them of playing is making me nervous :SS

Well truthfully I haven't watched since the Olympics but I was not impressed by them at all. Our roster is full of these big, sometimes slow girls who depend on their physical abilities more than skills and that's why I worry seeing the lack of change in the roster. I just feel like unless they get some fresh blood we will continue to be mediocre. Like we always do well against mediocre teams because we can use our strength to intimidate and out muscle the other team. But we need to improve skill wise if we want to be able to compete with the top teams like the US...

I guess I will try to be optimistic though haha
