the english option doesn't work for that page, than I clicked here: Hier geht's zum Online-Ticketing, but that is not working. Am I doing it right?

This option is not working either Ticket-Anfragen

I did find a page that buys tickets from you,and I think I found the season tickets page too.

I don't speak any German, but breaking out babelfish, I found a a pricelist (http://www.fcbayern.t-com.de/media/native/ticketing/preisliste_1011_060710.pdf) (.pdf link) with numbers and e-mail. Your best bet might be to e-mail (tickets@fcb.de), and see if you can find anyone who speaks English.
