Van Gaal's ways of doing things takes some time to get used to, but when it's in place it's freaking perfect.

I hope he does well at Bayern, but was so sad when he left AZ. I think he would have been better to guide them trought the CL then R.Koeman. And although I'm not an AZ fan, I just want a Dutch club to do well in the CL.

Honestly I really wanted Klinsmann to stay with Bayern, I don't feel like he was given a fair chance. But Van Gaal seems really good so I'm happy with it.
